TSF Dungeon is a transformation-focused dungeon crawler developed in RPG Maker MV.

The concept is simple, yet filled with potential: you take on the role of an adventurer delving into the newly discovered "TSF Dungeon", a mysterious, ever-shifting labyrinth rumored to be overflowing with treasure, monsters—and strange, identity-warping magic.

As you explore its depths, you'll battle bizarre creatures, uncover hidden lore, and experience involuntary transformations. But this isn't a game over. Even after being transformed—sometimes partially, sometimes completely—you can still continue onward. Each transformation unlocks new ways to play, altering your character's stats, abilities, and even how the world responds to you.

New Content

  • Clothes System (Experimental): Added a new customizable clothes system. Some forms will now have their own clothing slots. Currently only the Elf TF supports this, but more forms and clothes may be added later.
  • Weapon System: You can now equip different weapons for the three general forms (Base, Female, and Elf). The Armor Shop and Blacksmith become available after completing the Bandit quest.
  • Armor Added: New armors with head and body categories can now be equipped separately from clothes for the three forms above. Clothes can only be changed inside the Dressing Room located in the armor shop.

Adjustments

  • Skill Learn System Added a new skill learning system for each form as a core progression method. Skills are learned using Form Points, which are earned by winning battles while using that specific form.
  • Passive Skills Each form now has its own set of passive skills, with significant variation depending on the form.
  • Form Points Introduced Form Points, a form-specific resource used to learn skills designed exclusively for each form.
  • Magic Shop The Magic Shop in the village is now open. Currently, it only sells Spellbooks.
  • Form Exploration Benefits Each form now gains unique benefits when exploring while transformed. Example: Wolf Girl can use her enhanced senses to find hidden items by pressing [C]. (Currently implemented: Wolf Girl)
  • Added Surrender Button
  • Added a README file with important information and explanations about game systems and walkthrough.
  • Persistent Progress System Progressing through Area 2 now creates a new persistent.rpgsave file in your save folder. This file tracks whether you’ve cleared Area 2 and allows you to start directly from Area 2 when beginning a new game. ⚠️ Important: Make sure to import this save file into newer versions so the option remains available. More details can be found in README.txt.

Adjustments

  • Level System Removed The level system has been completely removed. Characters can no longer level up. Progression is now handled through equipment, skills, and form mechanics instead.
  • Quick Time Action (QTE) Implementation Certain major enemy skills—such as Pinned (Male Harpy) and Subdued (Bandit)—have been converted into QTE-based mechanics. This reduces reliance on luck and places more emphasis on player skill. Cursor speed and safe-zone size now dynamically adjust based on:
    • Current HP
    • Frequency of being hit by the same skill
    • First Gauge (Corruption)
    • Second Gauge (Fertilized or Fear)
  • Wolf Girl Revision Completely revised Wolf Girl paperdolls and adjusted related mechanics. When near prey, wolf instincts will now passively pull her toward the target. Normally, this pull is weak and easy to resist, but when the hunger gauge drops to 0, the instinct becomes much stronger and almost impossible to escape.
  • Magical Tome Repurposed into Spellbook Magical Tomes (now Spellbooks) no longer grant skills directly. Instead, they are used as requirements for learning skills through the new Skill Learn System. This gives players more control over which skills they want to learn, rather than acquiring them randomly.
  • No Turn Cost Skills Non-attack skills are now instant cast and do not consume a turn. This includes healing, meditation, buffs, and non-damaging debuffs. However, only one no-cost skill can be used per turn. Using one prevents additional no-cost skills until the next turn.
  • Expanded the save file slots to 50.
  • Expanded the status menu to display more information.
  • Added dynamic UI coloring. The interface now changes color based on the current form and corruption level.
  • Massive Balance Adjustment Rebalanced overall difficulty following the removal of the level system. Adjustments include skills, states, equipment, base parameters, and more.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an error when returning to Area 1 after starting directly from Area 2.
  • Fixed an issue where the Breath Gauge could behave incorrectly (both positively and negatively).
  • Fixed grammatical errors, typos, and other minor bugs.

I'm on the free Windows Ver.0.2.5. Is the Bandit Quest bugged? After turning into the Elf and getting jailed, I can't do anything other than interact with the crate, mirror, pot and locked cell door, which don't do anything.

I've even tried interacting with all the non-sparkly objects in the cell. How do I escape?

It's a bit unintuitive but... try to interact with the wall below the pots. You can get out from there.

hey how do i keep greater heal skill after getting

Greater heal is currently only available for the priestess form, which is a dead end form. So the skill technically cannot be obtained if you want to progress to the second area.

hi.................................. did you want to enter the fairy foresst? yay that spelling was intentional on my end i was just about to enter for the fairy orb and i saw "foresst" and my ocd wont let it go sorry.

are saves transferable across versions?

As for V0.2.5 and older version, it is not transferable to V0.2.6 because of the massive system change. But, I'll try to make the saves transferable for V0.2.6 and above. 

shame. The first area can be a bit tedious to get through each playthrough...

As for v0.2.6 above, I used persistence save files. This save files is designed specifically to track whether you're already go to the second area or not. If you have, you can have an option to start from second area when you start a new game. But, because this only works for v0.2.6 above, you still can't transfer the save from the older version. 


However, you can note that, after you get through second area in the v0.2.6, you can transfer the save files for any newest update. Just make sure to transfer the persistent.rpgsave too.

yes. If you arent able too, grind a bit of levels

how do i "get loots", i collected every chest but when i try to leave it just says "i havent get any loots yet" what do i have to get to leave?

The core premise of this game is that you're trapped inside a dungeon. So you can't leave from there.

how do i trigger the goblin quest?

Try to go to the third floor as a goblin girl.

Quick question. Is there any way to replay the transformation animation easier? Because I defeated the thief boss and wanted to rewatch an animation, but some enemies barely do any damage to me anymore.

There aren't any for now, but the closer it'll be is by having surrender button next.

Will you ever let any of the TF spells be used again, like on the bandits or any other human type enemy?

Yeah, I'll try to make the spell usable again in the second area.

found another bug in the free to play version, after reaching 100% harpy corruption, and turning back (which again shouldnt be possible, but you said you would fix that when you could), you go the same speed as if you were still a harpy, without the ability to fly.

I like it but, for the elf bandit camp thing, once you get the potion from the merchants you shouldn't take fear damage, at least in the boss fight, it just makes it so annoying of a fight, you can be doing great and winning but because they just hitting with this one move, you lose. It's annoying and makes the fight just no fun.

Go up in the crossroads filled with bandits after you flip the lever for the merchants.

pretty sure this is not intended, but in the free to play version, if you go back to revert your form with full corruption, somehow you are able to do so, which is odd, as the in game lore says that those who lose their human minds can never again get them back. also, for some reason swapping to slime or goblin girl and trying to revert does nothing after leaving the tower for the first time, using a dispel potion only turns you into a female adventurer instead of male, and you can gain no further tfs because of it

Yeah, it isn't intended. I'm planning to add some specific ending when the player fully corrupted goes to the village and somehow forgot to restrict the player from entering the village first, thus of what happened. As for slime and or goblin girl. You can just use dispel potion again to restore to the base male adventurer. Just so you know that you need two dispel potion for that, one to restore you to human (still female) and one to get you back into being a man. Though I might get the restoring circle to restore you instantly from being goblin/slime girl without costing any dispel potion for the future.

i did that before when it only turned me into female but i could swear that doing that did absolutely nothing

also, will there be a corruption bar for slime and goblin, or is the two sidequests there good enough? would be interesting to see a 100% corruption scene for the village for both tfs

While I'm indeed want to include both TFs in the second area, It's still far in the future. There's a lot of things I want to do first. So, no guarantee yet.

I keep on dying and dying against the Bandit Leader. I am about to delete the game in which I have over 8 hours invested because I can't afford to restart nor can I defeat the boss. I always manage to kill the two bodyguards but then new ones spawn and I just...can't. My healing items run out, I get insta-killed by a 1000-damage hit, I get my own hits deflected back at me. I REALLY need ANY advice on how to continue. I already managed to free the merchants, so I can't go left, and I have a locked gate where I need a key. I assume the key is with the bandit leader but I can't advance without killing her anyway, so killing her is my main priority. If someone knows where I can get unlimited healing potions or if I can skip the boss fight entirely, please tell me

The balance isn't great atm. If you're stuck because of the damage balance, the only things that you could do for now might just grind your level up from the previous bandit encounters, or if you're stuck because of the gauge keep getting high, you might need the meditation skills for that because the skill able to reduce said gauge.

Ok, uh... is the meditation skill that decreases the fear gauge different from the 5 TP cost skill to restore mana? Because if it is not then it isn't working for me. I am not on the patreon version.

The feature is newly added, so it only works on Patreon version (for now).

use rpg maker save editor and change your HP or DMG ^__^

I've won the battle against the bandit leader twice, it plays the dialogue of get away from me, my character then auto moves reaches the sparkly bit in the middle of the floor, and then the game won't let me do anything else, (audio still playing won't let me do anything other than f5)

This is actually an issue regarding the skip mechanic, which isn't working properly towards the movement route if I'm not wrong. I'm going to ask first if the vex character are in it's proper position first (in front of the player) or does it somehow bugged in the table. If it's the later, then it might be the reason of the softlocked. Try not to skip in the opening scene of the boss battle and see if it works.

Hey can I transfer my saves from a previous version to a new version or will i have to start from the beginning?

As for now, using the old save file should still be playable even if there might be some bugs that'll occurred.

You can get to the water orb directly by using the portal which meant to be the exit. I did this without knowing on my first try. It’s obvious that you’re in the wrong path once you see dialouges appearing in weird order. but if you are a person who saves often and use just one file to save, you will lose the playthrough.

is it just me or the wolf area is easier now at lvl 12-13. I was lvl 12 and the wolfmen deal 7 dmg. The previous version, they deal like 50-100+ dmg. what happend to the wolf area?

It might be that case, though I'll need to rebalance things so you can't just one shot or resisted enemies attack the more you progress through the game.

Got this bug in goblin room puzzle. After I kill the slime on the correct trap, the trap glitch and make it into a bad one

There is a bug in this version where the Succubus and Mermaid Essence and Orbs have the same descriptions as eachother. Plus there is a bug that prevents the player from turning back into a Human after turning into a Mermaid. Mind you, I just learned these bugs are fixed in the 2.4 version, which is on Patreon, so I guess I'm getting on the Patreon. At least it is super dirt cheap to get that. Just $1. Wow. What an affordable deal. Absolutely worth it.

I don't exactly know what caused this bug, but after beating the wolf girl in the cave, I had the bleed effect. I tried using potions to remove it and nothing worked, even reverting the form didn't do anything. I tried turning into the other girls, and nothing worked until I turned back into the wolf, which then the bleed effect suddenly disappeared. I still don't know what caused it, but I feel it should be known

i was going to just ask what endings i was missing, but since other people will probably ask the same questions i have, i thought "why not list all the endings i do know and the dev can fill in the rest" so thats what im doing (i know the endings are numbered but i dont remember them)

1: become a slime girl, go to the slime room and follow all of Mothers commands

2: become a goblin girl, trigger the traps in the trap room twice, complete the final task for the goblin 

3: become a goblin girl, dont trigger the traps in the trap room, use the powder on enemy goblins/adventurers, return to the entrance

4: lose to Lilith 

5: reach 100% corruption as a succubus, enter the dungeon town

6: lose to the wolf girl

7: have 100% corruption when you reach the fairy queen

8: lose to the fairy queen

ive seen comments mentioning 100% corruption as the wolf girl and the town, but no matter what i do having 100% as the wolf girl does nothing for me, might be glitched

side note: it'd be neat if the adventurers could actually do something to you, like maybe since the generic adventure party is magic user, swordsman, axe guy and healer (as some call it, priestess) it'd be neat if they made you into generic healer #71 or something like that

edit: looking at old comments, i keep seeing people mention a "hero's quest/pendant" but i have ZERO idea what that is referring to. also when looking at the sprite sheet's for the MC there's 2 sets of sprites that i have zero idea if they're even used

  2. ED #2: Mother's Beloved (complete the slime mother quest) 
  3. ED #3: Goblin's Good Girl (do the goblin quest, fall to at least 2 traps in the goods room, plead to at least 3 people, give pleading)
  4. ED #4: Full-Fledged Succubus (lose against boss succubus - Lilith)
  5. ED #5: Inverted Goals (do the goblin quest, can fall at max 1 trap, transform 3 people, give magical dust)
  6. ED #6: The Den Sisters (lose against the wolfgirl boss)

I think i had done some wrong counting so the 12th ending is actually none. I'll fix it by decreasing the number above it by one.

if you eventually want to make a laying eggs ending, I reccomend to add annother empty nest so that there will be 3 empty nests.

after all, almost all your transformations come in 3. 😜😜

what do you mean by "be a female and enter the 2nd floor"? ive tried that but nothing works, both in the first part, and the "overworld" part

You need to become a female without becoming a slime girl or a goblin girl first and then enter reenter the second floor, so you will see the option to heal the hero if you say yes you will gain the pendant.

If you became a goblin girl or a silme girl through using the cores you gain after using tf magic then you can still do the quest.

how do i get the key for the locked door in the donjon

There isn't any key. it was scripted door which can only be unlocked by going in goblin quest.

In the fairy maze with the crystals and plants, the plants break when you go behind them through a warper and they never come back. You can't interact with the crystals again either, making it seem impossible to solve the puzzle without brute force.

The maze is indeed designed to be solved but not brute forced. But I'll try to take a look regarding this matters.

Help Wanted

I was just getting through the Fairy section, completely unconcerned about corruption (since for some reason nothing was happening to me with the Succubus, Wolf, or Harpia forms), but I barely reached the fairy boss and boom, secret ending... and I saved right where the pink fairy was... I'm in a softlock!


thats why i always have two saves per tf, one for full corruption, and one that i intend to continue the story with

I got this glitch when I'm was testing every form to beat harpy boss. When I enter the harpy boss as a succubus. This appear and when I defeat the harpy boss, it still here.

Still inside the first area. One is on the second, third and fourth floor respectively.

After, i defeated the fairy queen. My character is facing up only, even if I move right, left, down. It will still facing up.

Side note: It got fix when i was reading a sign in harpy mountain
